Forge Shop
Our ability to develop & manufacture customized automotive spares based on buyers’ technical drawings is our real strength. We can forge in Alloy Steel, Auto Parts, Forged Gear, Crank Shaft, Hammer Union Forging, Forged Steel Fittings, Rolled Rings SS, Carbon Steel, etc. Partially, or fully machined like Bearing Ring, Gears, Connecting Rods, Crankshafts/Camshafts, Crown Wheels, and various range of auto parts. 0.5kg – 120 kg Single Piece weight. We assure you that we provide components of utmost precision to make them work vibration-free silent like a clam lake without a ripple.
Machine Shop
To maintain world-class machining standards for various forged components, We have the latest Forge Shop with Pneumatic hammers (HUTA MPM) & Pneumatic Press, In House Die Shop, an Automatic CNC Machine Shop, Automatic Drilling Machines, and Stamping Machine
Die Shop
Connect Forge Fittings has a fully equipped Die-shop which comprises a vertical machining center along with other supporting machines. High-quality dies and tools are used to make precision dies according to customers' requirements.
